Every speaker brings a real workflow, decision, failure or result from work they have personally done. Expect practical talks, demos and live builds—not panels, vendor pitches or recycled trend decks.

You may work in product, design, marketing, engineering, talent or operations—or be a hands-on founder. What connects the room is that you are testing the tools, making the first prototype, helping colleagues adapt and turning experiments into a new way of working.

At Pathé Tuschinski on 6 October. No competing tracks: the room stays together, with space to compare notes with the other people doing the work.

The tools will change before October. The questions will not: what is worth building, how teams adopt it, what breaks and what actually sticks. Confirmed session titles and outcomes appear as they are locked.
